The Training Thinking has taken into consideration the manner in which an adult individual acquires new knowledge as well as how he is led to gradually change and we have selected to offer you the following “Educational Approaches”* comprising the Blended «Training Thinking».

    Regular Training Approach

«The Habit Training Thinking» establishes the frequency of training. It combines regular frequent meetings whereas the trainees receive the new knowledge, develop new skills and are given the time until the next meeting to apply the skills and knowledge. Continuous repetition of the process as described in David Kolb’s Learning Circle is therefore achieved, which over time results in the modification of both behavior and attitude, which is exactly the desired result in adult training.

    Tailor Made Trainings Approach

«The Fixed Training Thinking» refers to the immediate need to develop new skills and knowledge. These are single or multiple day continuous targeted trainings, aiming at acquiring deeper knowledge on an issue that is important to the professional, such as product trainings or limited content trainings.

    Workshop Training Approach

«The Experiential Training Thinking» is recommended for company events and meetings, to enhance skills such as the development of teamwork, collaboration, management and leadership skills, stimuli etc. The aim is to develop the team and advance the company through experimental exercises and entertaining activities that energize all the participants.

    E-Learning Training Approach

«The Distance Training Thinking» is recommended in order to consolidate the main knowledge and skills through remote training. When utilized in conjunction with the above Training Approaches, it may help enhance and amplify the results of training. It is ideal for very large populations and groups of vast geographical dispersion.

    * The selection of the Training Approach, the frequency and the number of trainings for each group will depend on criteria such as, the company objectives, the characteristics of the trainees, the needs of the group, etc.
